Dosing units (SD)

Dosing units are used for preparing of coating emulsions for cold-end coating of glass and feeding it under pressure to the assembly that supplies circulating system of coaters. Dosing units are intended for continuous operation, ensured by double dosing and feeding system, while continuous circulation and short dwell time of the coating emulsion prevents effectively from suspensions, crystallization and bacteria growth.
Coating emulsion is prepared in two independent systems (A & B). Dosing units work alternately, i.e. when unit A is working, unit B is refilled and stands by.

SD appliances can be adapted to individual requirements and needs of the customer.
