Hot-end coater - HT type (coating of bottles, jars etc.)

HT device is designed for hot-end coating of jars and bottles. The principle of HT operation is horizntal circulation of coating liquid. Tunnel is equipped with a cooling/heating system to maintain the appropriate temperature in the circulation pockets, it is also equipeed with smooth control of the circulation fans and bottle neck protection.

Hot-end coater - HTR type (coating of glass tubes) 

HTR device is designed for hot-end coating of glass tubes (fluorescent lights). Coating process increases the hardness of glass - in consequence, wall thickness may be reduced.

The principle of HTR operation is horizntal circulation of coating liquid in assymetrical chambers, placed in front of each other in coating tunnel. Appliances are fully made from stainless steel, proof against acids.
Tunnel is equipped with a cooling/heating system to maintain the appropriate temperature in the circulation pockets, it is also equipped with smooth control of the circulation fans.
Tunnel is placed on a movable frame. It is equipped with special construction, allowing its instant division along the main axis (in case of breaking off the glass pipe).
